Before using When I Work, Becky was looking at multiple spreadsheets, printed out papers, and even employee availability on different post-it notes. It made scheduling tedious and time-consuming, taking hours and hours each week.
Now, Becky and her Center Director, KaLynn, can build the schedule months in advance and just update it quickly for each week. Plus, employees love it because they know exactly when they have to work two weeks to a month in advance, allowing them to better plan.
Since scheduling only takes about 30 minutes to an hour max every week, Becky and KaLynn can focus on the kids they teach.
